Collaborating on creating professional development plans and criteria for promotion and being involved with the probationary review process.
Governance
Monitoring and implementing new policies, procedures and systems as required. Engaging and educating staff on HR policies and procedures.
Recruitment
Participating in job description specification and creation and ensuring job advertisements are placed. Pre-screening candidates and facilitating interviews. Carrying out the on-boarding process for new employees and coordinating the exit process for those leaving the company.
Relationship Management
Establish strong relationships with both management and employees among client groups.
Conflict Management
Handling employee relations cases such as internal complaints, disputes, disciplinaries and claims.

Experience & Qualifications We Look For
Education
A degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant qualification (human resources management, psychology, sociology, business). Experience working in a software company is desirable.
Communication Skills

Language Skills
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken and can communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
